DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE NEAR ME?
Rocky Love Jewellery does not operate retail locations. This allows us to cut overhead costs and focus exclusively on quality and service - providing you with a high quality product at a much better value than your local jewellery store.
By the same token, we understand how important it is for our customers to see and feel jewellery - especially a piece of jewellery as personal as an engagement ring. That's why we offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all items and free express shipping across Australia!

DO THE 18K WHITE GOLD RINGS TURN YELLOW OVER TIME?
Yes, very slightly over many years. In order to give 18kt White Gold a pure white color, it is plated with rhodium. This is a standard practice for 14kt and 18kt White Gold jewellery. Over time, the rhodium plating may wear off. When that occurs, the true color of the white gold (a slightly buttery off-white) will appear. It is possible to get a ring polished or replated by your local jeweller after many years of wear.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal.
Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server . For security purposes, Rocky Love Jewellery may request additional documentation (such as drivers license, photocopy of credit card, etc) on some transactions.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in original condition and box. It must be returned via insured mail with tracking number provided at the expense of the buyer.
A refund will be processed once the item is received and has been inspected (not before).
Please note: whilst we are happy to refund for any reason within 7 days, there is no refund on shipping and handling charges so please choose carefully.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AND ARE THERE TAXES?
Yes we ship internationally. When you place an international order, we will ship it to you via tracked postage. Once the package arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties.
HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?
There are several methods available to determine your ring size (or the ring size of a loved one). We have a page on our site showing the different sizes to make sure you get the perfectly fitting ring.

Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days for orders in Australia and up to 2 weeks for international orders.
Our items are fully insured during transit. All purchases require a signature at the time of delivery.
